Berkshire		 Boy oh boy what a nice rattie boy he is. And he's going to be a BIG boy! I mean gigantic. He's younger than most the ratties he lives with and is bigger than all of them and he's only three months old as I'm writing this!

Besides being a big guy he's licky and squishy and extremely outgoing and friendly. Not a lazy bone in his body. He is such a rare and beautiful color. I had not seen this color before and wrote some of my breeder friends who sent me pictures of Russian Doves, sure enough that is what he is. When he was younger he looked like a Russian Silver, but now he's got three distinct colors to his fur.

I can hardly wait to breed him later this year or next!

 Update: 12/24/09 Streaks became aggressive after being used for breeding. I kept him in with Mystic for a while and everything seemed fine, then he started picking on him too, plus he was hissing at me when I went near the cage. So he had overall temperament issues with both other rats and people. He is living his life by himself and I'm careful to approach him wearing gloves. Though he's never attempted to bite me I don't want to take any chances.

As of 01/05/09 health is excellent, nothing to report at this time.
