| 09/16/03 | Black Capped w/Headspot Standard Coat Standard Ear |
I feel he is a perfect example of the standard that should be used for a capped rat. He looks like he has one of those old flyer boy hats on his head. Unfortunately, according to various show standards his cap comes to far behind his ears. He doesn't qualify as a bareback because the hood does not come below his chin. But he is a "looker" all the same when you see him in person. He is a huge rattie, weighing about a pound, a big cuddly boy. Scooby Doo is just like his name implies, fun and mischievous. He is extremely people friendly. He loves getting into whatever you are into. |
As of 03/03/05 his health has been excellent. Update: 02/21/06 He appears to have developed arthritis in his rear legs. They seem very stiff when he walks and he kind of drags one behind a little. Scooby died of old age on 3/01/06. |
