Ozzy is a massive rattie guy. He weighs about a pound and he's not even six months old! He is one of the biggest ratties I've ever seen. He's not over weight just a big squishy guy.

Ozzy had personality from the time he was a little squeaker. He was posing for the camera and hamming it up. He's grown into a laid back guy who is content to just hang around perched on top of my shoulder. He has formed a bond with me and is a one person rattie. I'm the only one he seems interested in. He is loyal in his friendship with me. I liked him the minute I saw him and grow fonder of him all the time.

 Update: 07/14/08 On June 21st I found Ozzy dead in his cage. I had recently put several of the younger boys in with the older ones and he was fatally wounded by one of the older guys. I am so sad about this I can't describe it.

He was the biggest lug of a rattie. He was so passive and gentle he wouldn't have hurt a flea. He was not a fighter but a lover and probably didn't even attempt to defend himself. The thought that someone could bully him like that sickens me. He is dearly missed.

As of 02/01/08 His health is excellent. Nothing to report at this time.
