The hut mat is half inch thick foam, soft and squishy for comfy sleeping. Your pet will be very spoiled with this set. The hammock comes with small safety latches for hanging in the cage.

This set comes with a swing hammock, that is approximately 11" in diameter and will hold 2-4 pet rats. There are four openings to get to the inside of the hammock. This added ventilation tends to reduce your pets need for chewing air holes in the hammock, from other styles I've seen and it caters to a pet rats natural desire for "hide and peak."
This swing hammock has become my best selling hammock, as it's not only a cozy sleeping area but also a fun toy. It rocks to and fro and even turns in a circle. It helps to develop agility and problem solving skills in your pets. It's design takes up less room in the cage too, allowing room for other hammocks and toys.
The set also includes an 17.5 inch long by 5 inch wide tunnel hammock, that will hold two pet rats. It has openings on each end of the tunnel plus an escape hatch at the top, that allows extra ventilation and allows you to remove your pets out of the tunnel if need be.
The outside layers of the hammocks are a shiny red, green and gold striped fabric that is one of my favorite designs. The inside layer is made of either red or green fleece to go with the outside design. Soft and cozy for your pampered pets!
They are washable and dryable on cool/warm setting. Turn inside out for best results.
They come with metal attachments for hanging in the cage.
