I've fondly nicknamed him "Doodle Bug." He is a great rattie! He loves people and has a wonderful disposition. He is active and likes to explore, but likes human attention as well. He loves to be picked up and petted. He loves sitting on your shoulder. He isn't in any hurry to leave. He is a very pretty color too. He is very laid back. I just love this guy!
Update:11-25-06 today when I was cleaning the boys cage Doodle Bug didn't seem to have much energy and seemed a little weak in his hind quarters. I hope he is ok. I know his sister died early but it would not be good if they both did, it might show a weakness in the longevity of this lineage. 12.03.06 I found Doodle Bug dead today. I was bummed. I didn't get to say goodbye. He was such a nice rattie. I will miss him.
