Angel takes after her Dad Angelo. She is agile and brave. She loves to explore and climb and gets into everything! She has a wonderful personality. She is friendly and fun. She loves to be petted and travel on your shoulder. She is not moody and does not squeak when you pick her up. It's sad when ratties don't stay with us for very long, an average of two years, it is nice to know that they are always with us because of their children and grandchildren. They live on through them, so they really are always are with us. Angel is a perfect example of carrying on Angelo's legacy. He was a special rattie and so is she. |
As of 01/03/06 her health is excellent. Update:11.30.06 Angel has heart disease. Her chest is all concaved and she's lost a lot of weight. I don't give her more than a couple of weeks to live. 12.23.06. Angel passed away today. Ending her struggle with heart disease. She died peacefully in her sleep. She was curled up in a ball, laying on her side with her eyes closed. She is survived by her son Canyon. I hope to breed him in the spring. |
